Costing the Earth looks at man’s effect on the environment, questioning accepted truths, challenging those in charge and reporting on progress towards improving the world.
In this programme, Lindsey examines how the British seasons are coping with man-made climate change. Are we seeing a blurring of our traditional seasons due to warmer winters and wetter summers, and if so, what effect is this having on both our native and visiting wildlife?
Lindsey speaks with climate experts from the MET Office, nature specialists from National Trust, a phenologist from the University of Coventry and top naturalist and fellow Springwatch presenter Brett Westwood.
First broadcast on Tuesday 10th April 2018.
