Live Netball is back!

Lindsey was delighted to present and commentate the first LIVE broadcast of elite Netball on British soil in over 10 months.

Following the 2019 Netball World Cup, the biggest female team sport in the UK had been enjoying an upsurge in visability, engagement and broadcast at all levels from grassroots to the elite game.

Then in 2020, the Covid-19 global pandemic hit, impacting life at every level; from the individual to communities and whole nations.

England Netball was forced to cancel the 2020 Netball Superleague season, stifling the momentum the sport had built up over the last 20 years.

In order to end 2020 with a bang and put Netball back on the national and international stage, Manchester Thunder Netball Franchise hosted the inaugural Netball Rise Again Festival.

Lindsey was delighted to lead present, commentate and report this live streamed event featuring 4 of the best teams in the UK - Leeds Rhions, Strathclyde Sirens, Loughborough Lightening and Superleague Champions Manchester Thunder.
